Community Housing 2025

Date: 4 – 5 June 2025

Community Housing 2025 is the premier event for the not-for-profit community housing industry in NSW. Convened every two years by the Community Housing Industry Association NSW, it showcases the latest evidence, policy debates, and best practice examples underpinning the successful delivery of social, affordable and key worker housing by the industry and our valued partners.

Community Housing 2025 is being delivered in a dynamic funding and policy environment, which provides a compelling platform for industry experts and delegates to explore the opportunities, innovative approaches, and partnerships that will deliver more homes and resilient communities for people in greatest need.

The theme for Community Housing 2025 is Ambition. Transformation. Impact. The program will focus on a diverse range of priority issues, including innovative financing and partnership models, housing policy reform opportunities and systems change, best practice approaches to placemaking and community renewal, the emerging role of modern methods of construction, industry-led efforts to address climate change, and more.
