Each client who completes a career transition program with us will be automatically transitioned to our recruitment services team, who will actively market them to our large client base and their preferred industries drastically improving their employment prospects.
Bloom HR’s accredited HR and career transition experts can also provide coaching and support to managers and on-site HR teams during any termination meeting and can assist prepare internal communications to remaining employees.
All our programs include free onsite support on the day of the termination to help departing employees accept job loss and to assist with internal communication to remaining employees.
