Our Company

We understand that many NFP organisations do not have the luxury of an in-house HR team and therefore, responsibility falls to a manager who doesn’t always have the skills or knowledge to deal with timely and risky HR matters.

That’s where Bloom HR comes in. We can help manage cyclical events or provide you with the framework in which to operate. We provide solutions for the entire employment life cycle including, recruitment services, induction, training and development, performance management, remuneration benchmarking and reviews.

We are also there to be an independent third party during more delicate matters such as dealing with poor performance, internal complaints or mediation. Bloom HR is all about reducing your risk, saving you time and inspiring your work force. We offer an outsourced HR solution with the option to work on site for an hourly / daily fee or a cost effective retainer.

Bloom HR is focused on quality, value for money and ensuring positive results for our clients. We aim to provide services that inspire people to achieve greatness and instil confidence in the communities they support.
