Bloom HR’s response to the Coronavirus.

Bloom HR will continue to operate remotely via phone, email and video conferencing.  We are available 24/7.

We will not be conducting face to face interviews or meetings until further notice. 

On that point, we are here for you.  Our key areas of business that will support you at this time include: 

  • Development of ANY online learning topic via our eLearning authoring tool and delivery via our learning management system (if you don’t have your own) eg of titles – WHS, Managing a Remote Workforce, Working Safely from Home. 
  • Mass communication and sharing via our onboarding tool and learning management system eg employee agreement to company policy,
  • Provision of temporary, permanent and contract staff
  • Advice on leave provisions, down-sizing and restructuring
  • Employee surveys and pulse checks
  • Any HR/IR or ER advice required to manage your employment and employees effectively.
